OK, this is just stupid. First of all, the point system is pointless. You could compare the Base haunter with the Fossil haunter, and the (you know what curse word goes here) base Haunter would come out on top! That's not really true in game play, though. Also, what commonality do these guys share? They have no common purpose, they have no common type, they have no common level of evolution! The only thing that I see they have in common is they are both from the Base Set and are both Pokemon Cards! Also, just fyi, Chansey is a BASIC Pokemon, not a stage 1. Dewgong is a Stage 1 Pokemon, not a stage 2. Get it right, or get scorned! Now that I got that off of my chest, try to get it right. The Pokémon should at least have a commonality in purpose. Commonality in type is very good, but isn't always nessisary. So, please follow these rules. Here is an example of a good comparisom.

Mr. Mime vs Chansey (Both are used for stalling, but can do heavy-duty damage)

Chansey
Pros: One attack prevents all damage.
One attack does a high amount of damage, no questions asked.
High HP, even if both attacks fail.

Cons: High energy costs for attacks, making it succeptable to ER.
Its big attack does a lot of damage to itself.
The attack that prevents all damage only works 50% of the time.

Mr. Mime

Pros: Attack does heavy damage to a moderately-damaged Pokemon.
Most evolved Pokemon can't hurt it because of the Invisible Wall PKMN Power.

Cons: Basics turn this card into lunchmeat because of low attack power.
Extremely Low HP make it toast when asleep or confused.
Can't damage a Pokemon without many damage counters on it.

Chansey is the winner, because of its high HP make it a good staller under all circumstances. Also, Mr. Mime can be taken down much more easily.

That is an example of what a comparisom should be (In my opinion, anyway. Probably many other people agree with me.)
