Note to Pojo: This is a redo of an identical copy.  I forgot to do
something so I had to redo it.  Sorry!!

I don't really know how many people use Shelders or Cloysters but if you
don't, I hope that this article will help you understand the power of them.

First, let's go over Shelder.
Basic Pokemon 30HP
Water Type
Weakness: Electric
Resistance:None
Reateat Cost:1
1W.E. Supersonic: Flip a coin, if heads the dehending Pokemon is now
confused.
1W.E. Hide in Shell: Flip a coin, if heads prevent all damage done to
Shellder during your opponents next turn. (Any other effects still happen.)
Evaluation:
OK for stalling, but horrible HP.  If you win the toss and Shellder is
out first, plop an energy on Shellder and you have a choice for both
attacks, which is nice.  Start out with supersonic, hope they're confused,
if they are then next turn use Hide in Shell.  Repeat this process if your
opponent switches Pokemon, if not Hide in Shell until you've got
Cloyster...

Cloyster:
Stage 1: Evolves from Shellder
50HP
Water Type
Weakness:Electric
Resistance:None
Retreat Cost:2
2W.E. Clamp: 30 damage.  Flip a coin, if heads the defending Pokemon is now
Paralyzed.  If heads this attack does nothing at all.
2W.E. Spike Cannon: Flip 2 coins.  This attack does 30x the number of
heads.

Evaluation:
Again, I like the fact that if you plop another energy besides the one
that you got on with Shellder, you can use both attacks.  Also again, I
don't like the HP.  Both attacks are somewhat risky, but than again, when
you risk, you can win big, or lose big.  Anyway, I recomend Spike Cannon
because you have less chances of doing zero damage.  Collecters only: I
recomend you get a Cloyster because I think that he looks really cool.

Estimated Point Value on a Scale of 1-10:
Shellder: 5.3
Cloyster: 6.6
