Hi Pojo, Rey here again with a strategy that I thought up when looking through a translation book...
  It involves the 'evil' Alakazam and Scyther. Which are, in my opinion, two of the best cards to ever be released. Anyway, first of all let's take a look at the 'evil' Alakazam's stats...

Evil Alakazam     60 hp   Type=Psychic
P, P, C               Teleport Blast
Effect-If you have any benched pokemon, you may choose one of them and switch it with evil Alakazam ( do damage before switching pokemon )

P, P, P,              Mind Shock
Effect-( don't apply weakness and resistance for the defending pokemon )

Weakness=Psychic
Resistance=
Retreat Cost= C, C, C

Let's work from the top and down. Hp. Well, not exactly the highest, is it? And considering it's a stage two pokemon it's pretty damn awful! But that's the beauty of this particular strategy. If everything goes according to plan, then the Team Rocket Alakazam won't even get touched. But of course, with everything there is a negative, and this concept's downfall is a Gust of Wind. Why Gust of Wind? Well, I'll explain just after I give you a look at Scyther's statistics...

Scyther     70 hp   Type=Grass
G,             Swords Dance
Effect-During your opponents next turn, Scyther's Slash attack's base damage is 60 instead of 30.

C, C, C      Slash

Weakness=Fire
Resistance=Fighting -30
Retreat Cost=

No persuasive techniques here. We all know the potential and quality of Scyther, and his excellence suits this strategy perfectly.
   It all revolves around Alakazam's 'Teleport Blast' attack. 'Evil' Alakazam is your active pokemon. Scyther is on your bench, both fully charged might I add. You use his 'Teleport Blast' attack to add a swift 30 damage to the defending pokemon. Now you have to switch him with one of your benched pokemon. So, you make Scyther active. Next turn, you retreat Scyther for free and use 'Teleport Blast' once again, then bring up Scyther. See a pattern forming now??? Of course, Scythers gonna' come a cropper sooner or later, but until he does, this is an unbeatable combination! As I was saying earlier though, with Alakazam's low Hp, a gust of wind followed by an attack that's half decent will just about finish him off. Anyhow though, this strategy will absolutely tear apart any fighting deck; And when I say fighting deck, that includes Hitmonchan and maybe even his pesky haymaker allies! Also, it doesn't have to be Scyther that you use to combine with Alakazam, it can be any other pokemon with a free retreat cost, such as Doduo or even Beedrill or Butterfree ( although I wouldn't suggest using them instead ). Better still, if you include Dodrio's in your deck, you can play Mr. Mimes or Chanseys instead of Scyther because Dodrio's pokemon power will reduce their retreat costs to zero! You might end up having to leave out some trainers or energy because of the high pokemon count, but it should be worth it!

Rey
