Hey, y'all! I'm comparin' these two cards. First off, I'd like to say that even though Raichu is my favorite Pokemon, that doesn't neccesarily mean he's gonna win. Here goes!

    Raichu:
  HP: 80

First Attack: [Agility] Works well, considering you get lucky at the Coin Toss. Really, if you have a double-headed coin, you're gonna wanna use it. Also, it does 20 damage anyway. The fact that is uses 3 energies, though, is a bit of a rip-off.
Second Attack: [Thunder] It's OK. Four energies for it is normal, but still costly. It does 60 damage, which will take out any basic. Unless it's one with a recistance to electricity... Also, his cost of one colorless (any type of) energy is pretty good.

Now for the "Bads" of Raichu: 30 damage to himself? That means that you can only use that attack 3 times if you flip tales a lot.

Recommended: I would put Raichu in a deck that has a lot of Energies, Potions, Pokemon Centers, and Super Potions.

 Ninetales:

HP: 80 Whaddya know! Same HP!

First Attack: [Lure] Pretty good for it's cost. If there is one Pokémon you were gonna finish off, but retreated, you could use ure and (hopefully) finish it off.

Second Attack: [Fire Blast]OK considering that it does 80 damage, and could finish off Raichu with one blast. Just make sure that you have a lot of Fire Energies, suggesting that Ninetails would do better in an all-fire deck. Also, one colorless (any type of) energy for retreat is really good for Ninetales. Especially scince s/he can do 80 damage in one hit, while Raichu's strongest hit will do 60 in one hit.

"Bads" Really, nothing bad about this pokémon except for it's weakness. Hey, almost all of them have weaknesses. They're just somethin' we're gonna have to put up with...

Recommend: Put her in a fire deck. So long as you don't go against a RainDancer, you'll be OK.

Well, I think that Nintal...no Raich...no. It kinda depends in what situation you're in. I'd say that you should put Raichu and Ninetales together, and have Nintales on the bench. Then, when Raichu's HP gets low, use Switch and Lure to swithc you're opponent's Pokémon and finish off the annoying one. Then, use a Super Potion on Raichu. All in all, it's pretty much a tie.

If you really want an all-out attack deck, you want Ninetales. If you want a defend and attack deck, you want Raichu.
