Hi!  I'll get to the point quick.  There are LOTS of ways to beat
Charizard.  I'll name some easy ones.


1.Squirtle- Now all of you are wondering what I mean.  For 1 energy,
Squirtle can do 20 damage to Charizard and might paralyze.  If Squirtle
Paralyzes him twice he will be able to do Bubble enough times to kill
Carizard(6).


2.Clefable-No explanation needed.  Metronome does Fire Spin for one
energy, you do it twice.


3.Dragonair-This Pokemon is often looked over.  For three energy,
Dragonair does 20 damage and removes one energy.  Charizard never has
enough energies to attack.


4.Venusaur and Exeggutor-Bench your Venusaur and put your Exeggutor
out.  Now take all the energy from all of your pokemon and from your
hand on to Exeggutor using Energy Trans.  You need to get at least 6. 
Then use big Eggsplosion as many times as the number of Energies on
Exeggutor.  This isn't guaranteed but by the time Charizard has enough
energies he will probably be dead.


5.Blastoise-Put out Blastoise with at lest six water energies between
him and your hand.  When he goes out use rain dance to put out all of
the energies.  Then use Hydropump to finish him off.


Hope my list helped.  Oh yeah, Gastly cannot kill Charizard.  Since you
have to discard energies after using fire spin, he will never have four
energies on himself two turns in a row.  Your opponent will just keep
three energies on Charizard until you can't discard any more Physic ones
to use Destiny bond.  Then he puts dow the last energy and kills Gastly
while staying alive himself.
