be afraid, be very afraid.  of chansey. in a stall deck. be more afraid of
chansey than snorlax.  a true stall deck uses chansey for the one thing
that you mentioned he's good for, a punching bag, even an indestructable
punching bag in the right setup.  think about this situation.  two
chanseys, alakazam, and 2 dodrios on your opponents bench, one more chansey
is active.  lets say you are playing with charizard.  you firespin, dealing
100 damage to chansey, your opponent retreats chansey for free because of a
dodrio on the bench.  he puts out either another chansey, or better yet,
mr. mime to nullify charizard's attack. you retreat charizard to bring out
oh lets say charmander. he does some damage to mr. mime. your opponent
retreats the mime, brings in an undamaged chansey and sits back to let
chansey soak up some damage. this cycle goes on until your opponent has
damage on everything enought to kill it in one hit.  your opponent then
uses pokemon center.  all that damage is removed.  your opponent doesnt nee
that is all.
