I understand what you mean because at first I thought he was so good. 
But then I realize he good be a staller like Chansey. Say you've got a 
straight-up electric deck(me!). All electric have a weakness to fighting, 
huh? what's that you say? Zapdos resists fighting?! Even if you don't use 
Zapdos to "fight" he could stall you for a while and the high retreat cost 
(3) sucks, but hey, thats what switch is for.
