     I agree with onix because of its harden atack preventing damage but even 
though it has 100hp, rhydon isnt that great  a staller because it duznt have 
a stalling move like harden or a paralysis attack.
    You also missed 2 great other common/uncommon stallers, lickitung and 
ghastly. Lickitung has 90 hp and is a basic, also its tounge wrap can 
paralize which stalls well. Ghastly's 30hp stinks but its destiny bond forces 
the opponent to make a tough choice, not to attack or to sacrifice a pokemon. 
Bring out ghastly against the big hitters and you've got a win-stall
