Tauros is a very versitile card. Being normal, he can go into any deck and being basic means that you don't have to put a lot of these in there (different stages). Tauros has the usual weakness and reistance of most non-flying normal pokemon. He has 60HP, which is better than average of most basic pokemon. Now, let's look at the attacks. Stomp- a 20 or thirty attack, 30 if you flip heads and 20 if you flip tails. This only costs 2 colorless energy, or one DC energy, which I personally think is great. This attack is good against most of the basics that come out in the beginning of most games. Now, Tauros's 2nd attack, Rampage, is much more powerful, and lets him compete with some evolved forms. Rampage only costs 3 colorless energy, and can be up to a 70 attack. This 70 attack comes at a price, though. By using rampage, Tauros can confuse himself and he is almost dead, because he has to have had 50 damage done to him for the attack to be a 70. Even if Tauros only has 3 or four damage counters on him, Rampage is a 50 or 60 attack, and this works well against a lot of basics that only have 10 attacks. These are my personal views.
