Uhhhh you know, Gastly is really easy to beat. People can just skip
their turn and won't attack, therefore you just wasted a Psychic Energy
(it happened to this one kid I was playing once...wasted about 5 Psi
Energy). Then you'll have an Energy Crisis. Wait for Fossil Gastly to
come out!
