Koffing

Koffing is a relatively a good Pokemon. He has 50 HP And a Low retreat cost 
of one colorless energy. Koffing's only Bad Point is his Weakness to Psychic 
Pokemon. My advice for using Koffing is to attack Pokemon with 50 or lower 
HP. The attack is
good because it does 10 damage and either poisons or confuses the defending 
pokemon. Koffing is usually works best if you have a potion in hand and a 
strong pokemon on the bench to back him up. Any grass deck that I make would 
have at least one Koffing.
