Ok.  I read all the Hype about Moltres, but according to my friend who reads 
Japanese to use Fire Blast, you gotta flip a coin to see if you can use the 
attack (heads=use, tails=fails), then discard 1 Energy, all to do just 80 
damage.

So you see, he is not the best Fire Pokemon by Far.  Arcanine is better (no 
flip, so 100% chance you'll do 80 damage, only 20 to yourself), he's got 
more HP, but he's a Stage 1.

Articuno is probably one of the best Water Pokemon you'll find.

It's attacks:

WWW- Ice Beam- Flip a coin, if heads, the defending Pokemon is now Paralyzed 
(30)

WWWW- Blizzard- Flip a coin.  If heads, this attack does 10 damage to each 
of your opponents benched Pokemon.  If tails, this attack does 10 damage to 
each of your benched Pokemon.

Strong Attack
No Weakness
Resistance to fightning

Weaknesses
50% change to do damage

Articuno
Strenghts:
30 Damage Paralyzing
Chance to damage Opponents Bench
No Weakness
Resistance to Fighting
Always does damage

Weaknesses
Danger you can wipe out your own bench

So you see, Moltres sucks and Articuno rocks.
