Velez I am not going to say that he is a bad pokemon, but you fail to look 
at the downsides properly.  You hit the worst one on the head, he has a four 
retreat cost.  Second any energy removal kicks his arse.  If you like using 
him that is your choice.  Why would you compare your deck to an inferior 
trans deck.  Your friends deck and theory........PLEASE give me a break.  
Does your friend like ghastly or charizard.  A real trans or a stall deck 
would have you cring.

First, a real stall deck has energy removal and would love having snor-boy 
up front.  You cant retreat with no energy.  Well not without switch anyway. 
  Second haymakers are one of the most used decks right now.  The saying 
that he kills a Mr. Mime, think again. Let me remind you he only does 30 
damage.  A true trans deck would move all the damage off of him.

FYI I run a low energy stall deck.
