I have 3 Jigglypuffs and I think they are the BEST! Let's look at Jigglypuff

Stage : Basic
Reatreat : 1
Resistance : Psychic -30
Weakness : Fighting
Attacks :
[C] Lullaby
The Defending Pokemon is now asleep.
[CC] Pound 20

So... you can use Lullaby and put the opponent to sleep, then pound them to 
death. If they wake up, Lullaby again and POUND POUND POUND!
Pesonally - I hate my Pokemon 2 be asleep. Just think how you're opponent 
feels when they're asleep and you're hitting off 20 damage each turn! Thanx 
4 your time.
