Here are some of the highlights (in my opinion) of some of the upcoming sets. Fossil Aerodactyl-When he is in play, no one can evolve pokemon. Put him in a deck with no evolutions and you've got a major power card. Geodude-This is a great card. The only catch is, you have to have luck on your side. His attack is called continuous stone throw. for one fighting and one colorless, you get to flip a coin until you get a tails. Geodude does ten damage for each heads flipped. Another thing that makes this card good is that he is only a common, basic pokemon. Hypno- This, too, is a very good card. For one psychic you get to look at the top 3 cards of your opponent's deck and put them back in any order you choose. Then for three psychic, you do 30 damage to the opponents pokemon and 10 to one of his benched pokemon. Recycle-With this trainer, you get to flip a coin. If it is heads, you get to take one card from your discard pile and put on top of your deck. Team Rocket "Evil" Dugtrio-This new version of Dugtrio is definitely better than the original. It's Pokemon power "pitfall" is great. Whenever your opponent wants to retreat his active Pokemon, he/she flips a coin. If it is tails, the pokemon takes 20 damage. His attack is good, too. For two fighting energy, you do 20 damage to your opponent's pokemon, flip a coin, if it's tails, add 20 damage. Meowth-For two colorless, you flip a coin. If it is heads, you can do 20 damage to any of the opponent's pokemon.(Active or benched) Nighttime garbage collection-You get to choose any three Pokemon, evolution, obasic energy cards from your discard pile and put them into your deck. One more word: common. Sleep!Sleep!- A trainer with a 50/50 chance of putting the opponent's Pokemon to sleep. Also a common. Gym Leaders (haven't really looked over this set) Takeshi's (Brock's) Ninetails-Listen to this one, IT's Pokemon power is transform. You can pick any evolved card from your hand and attach it to Ninetail's. Ninetail's then becomes that pokemon. (cannot evolve or de-evolve). A bonus, you can use once a turn, no limit to how many turns. Another bonus, You can change it back at any time during your turn.
