In response to the article by Branham, I'd like to say that I think every 
true raindance needs a staller like Chansey.  When I ran raindance a month 
ago, I ran 4 Chanseys.  You may think that is too much, but nothing helps 
raindance more than a first turn staller.  Throw Chansey out and pump up 
Blastoise and Gyarados on the bench while Chansey's taking a beating.  
Retreat chansey for 1 ENERGY!!!  Blastoise and Gyarados wreck them.  I think 
a staller is essential to every raindance, because it gives you extra time to 
get pumped.  Chansey, I think, is the best. This is because of his extremely 
low retreat cost and his scrunch.  Most of the time, you don't scrunch, you 
just let him get beat up, and then retreat.  Anyway, that's my take on things.
