I would like to rate the two basic pokemon with extremely high hitpoints, but 
not that great of an attack..  these two are Lickitung and Onix. Now, a good 
thing about both of these pokemon are that they are both basic so you dont 
worry about having to get other to cards to evolve. 

LICKITUNG - The Good

* Lickitung takes any kind of energy so it can go into any kind of deck.
* Lickitung takes 1 Energy to do damage and to Paralyze
* Licitung has a resistence to Phychic Pokemon

LICKITUNG - The Bad

* Lickitung is weak against Fighting Pokemkon
* Lickitung has an extremely high retreat cost
* Lickitung can only do 10 damage per turn.

ONIX - The Good

* Onix can prevent any damage done to himself
* Onix has HP for a basic Pokemon


ONIX - The Bad

* You must have Fight Energy to use Onix
* Onix only has a weakness to plant and no resistance.
* Onix has an extremely high Retreat Cost


Well from this review I guess I would say Lickitung is a better Pokemon then 
Onix..  they both have their strengths but it looks to be Lickitung is 
better, all though Lickitung would most likely lose to Onix in a fight 
because of weakness, Lickitung is a better all around Pokemon the Onix.
