I have heard people praise this card so much that it makes me sick. Don't get me wrong, because it's good. However, it's not the best trainer in the game or anything like that. Let's analyze the card: Type:Trainer Name:Bill Text:Draw 2 cards At first glance, it looks cool, but not great. However, you draw 2 cards with no catch! That's great, right? Well ya, it's good. But think of this: instead of playing 4 Bills and 3 Professor Oaks, I could play 3 Professor Oaks and 3 Computer Search. This not only gives you more room for other trainers, it allows you to get any card you need whenever. Professor Oak should be what you Comp search for. In my deck, I was running 3 Bills when it dawned on me. If I took out the Bills, I already have 3 Comp Search, so I can add more trainers that I really need. It worked out just fine. Bill just isn't nearly as strong as Professor Oak or Computer Search. I find that the only time it's truly useful is on my first turn. It's good, but isn't as strong as people say. -Dan Mayo (Haymaker18@aol.com-here's where you send your arguments and hate-mail)
