	I'm starting to get mad that some of these articles say that bill is 
a useless card.
Lets say you and you opponent each have one prize left. Your active pokemon 
is a Gyarados with 80 damage on it and 2 water energys your oponnents pokemon 
is an Arcanine that has 4 fire energy on it and full health.  It's your turn 
and you draw a bill.
Your opponent thinks the game is all his.  You bill, you draw 2 water energys 
and put one of them on you Gyarados.  You use Dragon Rage and BOOM, you won 
the game all because of a commonly found trainer card.  Now do you still 
think bill sucks?
No? I didn't think so.
