Why does everybody say that ninetales and victreebell are as good as gust of wind? Gust of wind is way better than both of them. Okay, look, if you lure out a weak pokemon then your opponent can just switch or retreat them because lure is an attack, after you attack it's your opponents turn, if you use gust of wind you can attack right after that and your opponent has no chance to retreat or switch therefore giving gust of wind the advantage.
