I think electric pokemon are making a comeback with remade cards. Here are both remade electric pokemon. New Pikachu HP:50 Basic Pokemon Weakness: Fighting Resistance: Retreat Cost: (1) Attacks: (LL) Spark (20): If opponent has any benched pokemon, choose 1 of them this attack does 10 damage to it. (Don't apply Weakness & Resistance for Benched Pokemon) New Electrode HP:90 Stage 1 Pokemon - Evovles from Voltorb Weakness:Fighting Resistance: Retreat Cost: (1) Attacks: (2) Tackle (20) (LLL) Chain Lighting (20) If the Defending Pokemon isn't Colorless, this attack does 10 damage to each Benched Pokemon of the same type as the Defending Pokemon. (includinng your own) Pikachu is better because can't get knock out in the first turn. They exchange Power for HP. He doesn't take damage from his own attack. Electrode works best in a straight Lighting deck with Colorless Pokemon who can't take damage from his Chain Lighting. Both remade pokemon can destroy the opponent's benched pokemon while not hurting himself & have 10 more HP. Maybe Electric pokemon can make a comeback with Jolteon.
