Hey, I believe Ivysaur is a very strong card to have in your deck. First 
off, put him on your bench and power him up to 3 grass energys, then, 
retreat your active pokemon, and bring in ivysaur and use his poison powder 
attack. His attack is 20 and also an extra 10 because your turn ends and 
your opponent is automatically poisoned. after your opponent's feeble 
attempt to hurt ivysaur, there goes another 10. then u can use poisonpowder 
again which is 20 plus another 10 since your turn is over. This can easily 
kill a gyarados or anything else weak against grass. think about it!!!!!
