I don't think Bill is really useful. If you think about it, Bill doesn't 
give you much. First of all, Bill only gives you 1 extra card, I don't see 
why people think it's giving you 2 extra cards. Bill itself is a useless 
card, but it can get you 2 useful cards. If you didn't have Bill, you would 
of picked up 1 useful card, so there is only 1 card difference there. I 
would say to get rid of 4 Bills and put in Energy Removals or Potions or 
something good for your deck. 4 Bills will get you 4 extra cards, not 8, but 
those 4 Bills are also wasting space for 4 more better cards. In my opinion 
that's not much of a gain. You should use Professor Oak instead, if you're 
desperate for cards.
