Listen, dratini is not that bad, he has no weakness and has a resistance to 
psychos...I mean psychics. It would take an alakazam awhile to kill it, it 
would have 
to wait untill confusion kicks in, if it even does. Dratini may not be as 
good as dragonair but it is still bettar than alot of psychic basics.
