J.M. is right.you don't want to lose a prize card.you should keep your 
pokemon health high and not let some ratata's chew on it.its like self 
destruction chancy for an attack thats not even supposed to self destruct.i 
even think devolution spray is better because if your evolved pokemon's 
energy were removed,you could use a cheaper pokemon attack than sitting 
there to die and deevolve it to use its cheaper attacks.face it.i am tired 
of chancy being so awesome,even better than charizard.everyone knows 
charizard is the best pokemon card and even its worth proves it.50$it says 
on pojo's price listing.chancy is an exellent pokemon for getting up your 
bench but it doesn't mean its the best card.its even better than onix at 
stalling but onix does not need to flip a coin.
