Dear Chipmunk,

The judge that says coin flips always succeed has vasaline in his head.  The 
ONLY thing that clefairy's metragnome ignores is the AMOUNT of energy AND 
The COLOR of the energy. This is to allow to COPY the WRITTEN attack w only 
the 3 colorless energy.  This means, coins work the same.  Now, the fuzzy 
area, that MAY still be in the air is when Clefairy copies attacks from 
magikarp or blastoise. Every judge SO far says that the max damage clefairy 
will be able to do is the damage that happens w/o the extra blue energys. 
EVEN if you have extra blue energys on clefairy.
