Don't get me wrong I think Dragonair is an awesome card, 
but someone who is like an energy removel too and also 
does more damage too. The card I am talking about is Poliwrath! 

His Whirlpool does 40 damage you get to discard one of your 
oppents energies. And his Water Gun does 30+ just about as good as Blastoise. 
But you know Dragonair is also good, but in my opinion Poliwrath is better.
