Hey pojo... I think everyone sort of neglects the power of Blastoise. In my opinion, he is the single BEST card in the game. And the best deck? A PURE WATER DECK. My deck is pure water, and I have won 23 games and lost none with it (I keep track- hehehe). I use 4 Magikarp, 2 Garydos, 4 Seel, 2 Dewgong, 4 Squirtle, 2 Wartorle, and 1 Blastoise. I have 2 Pokemon Traders, 2 Computer Searches, 2 Professor Oaks, and of course 4 Bills to help me get all that great stuff out. Of course Blastoise, Garydos and Dewgong are probably the three best pokemon in the game. You can easily prepare them with 25 energy or so in your deck, and of course get them out with the card access. They have no drawbacks, only advantages. Blastoise prepares himself and everyone else in seconds, and then the game is pretty much over. That wussy of a pokemon Charizard came in and my Blastoise took him out in 1 shot, along with every other wussy that tried to stop me. And even if Blastoise dies, you still have Garydos and Dewgong! Blastoise is the best pokemon in the game, solely because of his pokemon power. If there are any constructed deck tournaments where you are, try that combo out- because Poliwrath and Starmie really don't meet any great expectations of mine. They both are weak compared to Blastoise, Garydos, and Dewgong. Thanks for reading this!
