Hello, I'm here to tell about the best pokemon to START a game with
porygon.  You can put to energy on it and make porygon resistant to the
other, and since not manty pokemon can do over 30 damage on the first
couple turns.  You can use porygon to stall for time.  When youoppoent can
do 40 damage time to retrEAT.
