The number one card? From what quite a few people have been saying lately, that would be Bill. Want to hear my two-cents on that (of course you do, that's why you clicked)? I think Bill is an overrated piece of paper.

What's people's reasons? No downside. Whoopdy do! It could help if his up side were that great. Draw 2 cards. Wow, come on people let's move on. Sure, he can help you win the game, but most of the time when my opponet plays Bill, they're happy until they realise that 2 more cards isn't as helpful as they thought. That's why Bill's COMMON. He's not that great! I prefer a Prof. Oak, or even a Gambler.

Plus, Bill can sometimes be the reason you lose. I mean, if you're in a long battle (which happens more often then you think), someone with 4 Bills (which is about the biggest waste) in their deck may be coming close o digging their own grave. You've already lost a grand total of 25 cards from your draw pile if you use all of them (Prize cards, cards in beginning, the extra cards you draw, and the Bill you discard)!

All right, in a non-confusing simple form, Bill is mainly a waste of deck space. Use S.E.R., or if you don't have many rares, G.O.W or E.R. could make much better cards.
