Top Ten Pokemon cards and reasons for placement

10 Electabuzz: Extremely good hit points for a basic Pokémon. Plus if used
correctly, he can do up to 50 damage before the opponent can even attack. For
example use Thundershock and it does ten then the defender is paralyzed. Then
use thunderpunch which does 30 more and flip a coin if heads then it does ten
more adding up to a total of 50 with 2 energies. Thats 100 damage to pokemon
with weaknesses to electricity.

9 Poliwrath: 90 Hit points plus the first move is almost as good as
Blastoises. 50 damage. Whirlpool can discard ANY energy card including double
colorless plus dealing 50 damage.

8 Hitmonchan: 1 energy dealing 20 damage and your probably thinking that
Rattatta and Machop can do the same thing but also with the addition of 70 HP
and another move doing forty he pretty much tops most basic pokemon. With a
weakness to an uncommon type of Pokemon its amost as if he doesn't even have
one.

7 Ninetales: While powering up for fire blast (80) you can use lure and stall
the opponent from attacking you. when you add the final energy, Boom! all
grass opponents are dead plus many others. Same hitpoints as damage dealt,
you don't see that very often.

6 Blastoise: Everybody thinks he out fights Venusaur but thy're pretty much
the same only Blastoise does the same damage with more energies and also the
pokemon power is more limited than Venusaurs. 100 HP is a nice touch though.

5 Mr Mime: Mr Mime is awesome because he can not be hurt by anyone that does
more than 20 damage because of his PP. Hit points bite but his only big
threats are abra and Mewtwo.

4. Zapdos: Most people think he's horrible but 100 damage is good because
discarding energies isn't bad because it would kill most pokemon anyway. 90
hitpoints is incredible for a basic. PLus another move providing convenience.

3. Venusaur: the same as Blastoise only dealing more damage for less energies
and the pokemon power over powers his. 100 HP kicks.

2. Clefable: Excellent card and goodbye Zapdos, dugtrio, diglett, ninetales
all in one hit and one energy. 70 HP okay for for stage 1 and minimize is
like a built in defender.

1. Charizard: 100 damage only discarding two energies. Small price to pay to
kill most any pokemon. Excellent HP, PP, and Move. Overpowers most pokemon
and once the fourth and final energy is attacthed, the games over.
