Heey All

 

I woke up early in the morning after maybe two/three hours of sleep. (cause of playtesting and staying at Rob’s place). I playtested a bunch of stuff and after all I decided to play Gengar (without any real playtesting. Well we went to the train station to pick up Jamal O our teammate and went of to Regionals because of traffic we were a little late but just in Time for Regionals.

 

 

Match 1

 

Me versus Jamal O with T2 Yama ex (my Team mate)

 

Why >_< do we always get paired up in tournaments when were with our team.

So we both began crap I had a Gastly and he a Solrock. I did a Smog. He CFF.

Then I topdeck a Gengar and Candy’d and a DRE for the kill and Luntone was next.

Match 2

 

Me versus Kevin89 with LunaSol

 

Damn >_< another team mate their something about the pairing system: p.

Well I couldn’t get Gengar cause he shut down my Pidgeot and with Holon FF

He cuts trough my Resistance.

Match 3

 

Me versus Hapé Wagner with Darkness?

 

He had a Dark Crobat deck with Dark Hypno and Dark Arbok it was a fun game he had weakness for me and I for him LOL. But I went fast got out 3 Gengar and killed everything quick.

Match 4

 

Me versus Corne van Dolder with SMP

 

I knew he played the deck and thought this could be a hell for me caughmatchupcaugh.

Anyways he started with 3 Scythers I got a First turn Pidgeot and setup fast he got 1 Scizor ex out and I killed it he didn’t got anything else out cause he had everthing on the bottom of his deck.

Match 5

 

Me versus Arnold Antonissen with Dragtrode

He played the deck with Lugia ex and Rayquaza * he started with Sneasel ex and starts Dragging of my Gastly’s I DRE’d a Pidgeot and killed his Sneasel ex after three shots. Then he had Dratini d and did a Hook for 20 he aperently didn’t saw Dratini has weakness for Colorless. So I kill it he had a Pokemon Retriever for another Sneasel ex (wich I also killed then I finally got the chance for a Gengar that he suesides with an Dark electrode cause he forgot Gengar’s Power and just thought of Cursed Powder. So he already had damage so kill and win.

 

So you see match ups aren’t always losses :p

Me, Kevin89, Jamal O and Florens (Three PAIN members in the Top 4)

 

I got against Florens with BLS

 

Well first match I got one Pidgey nothing else >_<

 

Second match was fun (cause of the laughing and singing)

I got a first turn Gengar and Pidgeot so I went great killed a few Pokemon.

I even got down to 1 Pirze and he had 4 but hen Steelix ex started killing everything on the bench and a made a mistake I could stalled longer for a possible win.

 

Well mistakes make you smarter so next time you won’t make it again.

 

4-2 no bad I think.
