This was only my second tournament, and the first one was six moths ago,  so 
I had no idea what I would be facing. Only 9 people showed up for the 
tournament, but 5 were from New York and were real good. We played three 
pool play rounds and the four players with the best records after the three 
rounds went to the final rounds. I will explain the results and the end

Round 1 Vs ??? (can't remember his name) - weird Grass/Water Rain Dance

I flipped he goes first. I started with a active Magnamite and benched 
Eevee, he started with a lone whooper. He  used amnesia on lock on for three 
turns while I drew 2 energy and a jolteon. he then used slam for 20 damage. 
then I used lock on hoping that he wouldn't flip 2 heads, my luck he did and 
I had a lone eevee with 1 energy left.
I drew an oak and evolved eevee then used it, I drew 3 energy 2 voltorb 1 
electrode and scoop up. I played both my voltorb and an energy on jolteon, 
quick attacked for 10 damage. by the time I knocked out his whooper he had a 
benched blastoise with 2 energy on him and a benched articuno, and I had 60 
damage on my jolteon. He knocked out my jolteon with Hydro Pump the next 
turn.
I then drew another electrode, played him, buzzaped him, attached him to my 
other electrode and knocked out his blastoise. On his next few turns he 
Knocked out my last electrode with his articuno and another blastiose, I was 
out of pokemon
Record 0-1

Round 2 Vs Dale and a Sneasel/cleffa deck

Plain and simple, I lost when he knocked out my only 2 pokemon (eevee and 
voltorb) with Sneasel in a few turns
Record 0-2

In round three I drew a bye and got a win unfortunaly a 1-2 record wasn't 
enough to get me into the top 4.

the first guy I lost to came in second and dale came in third.
First place won five boosters, second won three, and third won one.

PROPS AND SLOPS
Props to the players from New York for being good sports winning and losing
Props for the yougest player there (age 7) for going 3-0 in pool play and 
forth overall
Slops for me for not buying the last VS pack, in it was Lance's Dragonite
