Roughly 10 opponents (where was everyone?)

Being the last Standard tournament at Game Trader, I decided to go Old
School, and whip out a Classic Electric Beatdown. Nothing creative, nothing
fancy, just straight beatdown. This is my first Killer Deck Report, just
never thought about doing one before =/. Kinda surprised on the small about
of opponents at Game Trader, but, eh, it was a tourney. Enough jibber-jabber,
here's the deck:

Pokemon: 13
3 Electabuzz
3 Rocket's Zapdos
3 Cleffa
2 Ditto
2 Igglybuff

Energy: 16
10 Electric
3 Recycle
3 Double Colorless

Trainers: 31
4 Computer Search
4 Item Finder
3 Professor Oak
3 Rocket's Sneak Attack
3 Super Energy Removal
3 Energy Removal
3 Sprout Tower
2 Scoop Up
2 Gold Berry
2 Nightly Garbage Run
2 Gust of Wind

Strategy: Well, it is very simple. Remove their energy, shut off their
drawing power with RSA, and just beat them down with Buzz, and Zappy. Ditto
is there for Sneasel, and other menacing cards, Iggly is anti-King. I opted
to go with Recycle energy instead of Metal. I really don't like the whole
Arithmetic thing, all they do is ER your Metal energy anyways. I prefer to
just SER with more consistancy. The rest of the cards should be simple to
see. But I went with 2/2 of Gold Berry/Scoop Up because I want to get my
Pokes outta bad situations, With my 4 Item Finder I can get more Gold Berry,
or anything I need, anyways.

**Ding, Ding!**

Round One: Electric Beatdown vs. Eric Kamuda (Psy/Grass Haymaker)
Ok, this was a very annoying matchup. He used Rocket's Scyther and kept
Shadow Imaging with Gold Berrys on it, thats not fun. Anyways, after
Psyburning his MP Mewtwo with my Ditto the game was pretty much mine, I ended
the game by Electroburning his Dark Muk.
1-0 (3 points)

Round Two: Electric Beatdown vs. Adam Barker (Slowking)
Kinda went back and forth early game, he played Ditto and Buzz, he got two
Kings, but I got two Igglys. And just ERed everything he had, and slowly beat
him.
2-0 (6 points)

Round Three: Electric Beatdown vs. Jeff Borowiak (Sneasel/B's Rapidash)
After starting with 1 Igglybuff, and 6 energy, I was thinking it was game.
But I won the roll, and topdecked a Cleffa! I got set up very fast, and just
ER/SER'd everything he had. The only Pokemon that attacked me was Cleffa. I
KOed a Sneasel with Ditto in that match, god thats fun =D.
3-0 (9 points)

Round Four: Electric Beatdown vs. Zach Zoran (Zappy/Fable)
Alright, I was scared in this game. My two starting Pokemon were both Zappys
he had two Clefairy. *gulps* Anyways, he wins the toss =/. And I Comp Search,
for a Sprout Tower, and Oak. Well I get set up, and he makes a HUGE mistake,
he lays down two Pluspower, and is gonna Comp Search but he only has 1 card
in his hand. So he does 0 with his Clefairy (Gotta love Sprout Tower). I Item
Finder, and RSA his Comp Search. He gets his Fable, and starts to get set up,
but I deck him. *phew*
4-0 (12 points)

Well it was a 4-Round Swiss Style Tourney. I got 1st, and went on to the
Final 4:

Semi-finals: Electric Beatdown vs. Zach Zoran (Zappy/Fable)
Oh man, not AGAIN! He has a bad hand, and I get set up really fast, and just
beat down, and ER his Pokemon, I had the game in no time.
5-0 (15 points)

Finals: Electric Beatdown vs. Adam Barker (Slowking)
Ok, this time I am scared. He gets set up pretty quickly, gets 2 Slowking
turn 3. He gets his Murkrow powered too. I kill his Ditto, and take a chance
and Eeeeeek, because I have NOTHING. He successfully Mean Looks me, ugh. He
gets a third Slowking, I just keep Eeeeeeeking, and FINALLY grab an
Igglybuff. I Gaze one of them, and Comp Search, he gets two tails, and lays
down my other Igglybuff. I Eeeeeeek, and get an SER, I SER his Murkrow, and
he has 3 cards left in his deck, and 3 prizes left, he gives up.
6-0 (18 points)

I win the tourney undefeated!
Since the tourney was so small, and I split the prize money, I got 10.20, but
I got some Neo Genesis packs, and got 2 Typhlosions and 1 Gold Berry, not bad.

Props:
Mom for taking me (but I will have my liscense soon =P)
Deck for doing so well
For everyone there having a good time
To my luck
To the cards I got outta my packs

Slops:
Zero, I have none!
