well, there the deck. (its the second ver of "playin' w/ fire")
This was my fourth tournament at borders,but the metegame had changed
alot since i last went 2 weeks ago.
Round 1- me vs.??? with scybuzz
I dont remember much about this except that i won using magmar to burn
up his scyther.
Round 2- me vs. Peter (<very good)with another scy buzz
I thought i would lose but amazingly i got out 2 dark flareons (full
power)and killed 2 buzzs before bringing in Magmar. (this next part is
amazing)I oaked got 3 plus powers and Smogged his Scyther for the
win!
Round 3(finals)me vs.Chris(i think)with scybuzz(another one)
I thought i might have the upper hand becuase i had quite a bit of
experiance w/ scybuzz decks,but then everyone started cheering him on because i
was the "new kid".
all i can say for htis battle was that it was
intense the whole time. every trainer we played made
the other think alot. It came down to flips.He got tails(heads i woulda
lost)
Then if i got heads vs. his Magby,my Magmar
would have won the game for me. I (of course) got tails, and he cleaned
my Dark Flare for the win 2 turns later.
Oh well, at least i made it to the finals.(i found out later I won
$5)
