Ok I this is a great deck for modified, I don't believe in playing
"Archetypes" I believe that   creativity will always produce something stronger because it is unexpected. This deck is a   great example of the unexpected rouge deck causing havoc with the "Archetypes". It is designed   beat regular decks and to tear Typhlosion and Ferlagator apart (as you will read it beat 2   gator decks and a Phlosion deck). You see steel R Zappy is the main attacker Raikou is
mostly a bench sitter that is used. for making them switch out there active pokemon using his pokemon power Lighting Burst.   Since R Zappy powers up so fast (with Misty Wraith to dump some electric energy in the   discard pile) Raikou just messes with there plan and forces them to choose a pokemon to   come out that they are not yet ready to use then R Zappy knocks it out.Steelix, the best   back up Pokemon in the game, is there to stall or occasionally fight. Then the new sneasle
is the Neo equal to Electrabuzz put 2 dark energies on him and you have a
60 hit free   retreating attacker that can do 30 without a flip and 50 with a flip
thanks to dark energy.

Round 1 vs Puc (Gator)

He smiled and said "I hope your not afraid of gators" I just smiled and
played. This was an easy victory I started with Zappy in the lead Raikou on
the bench and a M wraith in hand it did not last long. Zappy was fully
powered with steel by the end of turn 2 (thanks to Plasma) and he only
had three pokemon (both Totodiles) he evoled the one on the bench to
Croconaw (70 hits) I attched energy to Raikou he had to switch and Zappy
zaped him twice (because steel makes zappy ony do 60)
he got out a cleffa but his Totadile was on the bench and he had to lead
with him I killed the dile and then the cleffa no sweat. He was a great
person and we talked off and on the rest of the day.

1-0

Round 2 vs Steve with Tyranitar
Well it seems he had a good run I had a bad run (hey it happens)I had a
wierd draw with no energy flow and he got two Tyranitars ready before I
could get set up and I got stomped.

1-1

Round 3 vs Typlosion / Blaines
He stared with a Blaines Growleth, Cleffa and Cindaquil. Well I started with
Sneasle active and a R Zappy on the bench. I got an Elem on turn one and in
my draw was a Steel energy, a lightning energy, and my beloved Raikou. The
rest was as expected I got my Sneasle a dark enrgy and he did a little
damage. Then Zappy was able to finish the job with Raikou's help.

2-1

Round 4 vs another Gator Deck
Well this is what the deck was made to defeat he even had Suicine (weak to
electric) quick game.

3-1

Round 5 vs Grass Haymaker
Yes an original deck that was good Ericas Victrabell, R Scyther, and some
other green creatures
this was the best battle all dsy his deck manipulated decks as well as mine
and I almost lost but Steelix came through (with two prizes left on his
side) and wiped him out. Great games.

4-1

Round 6 For the trip to San Diego vs A Zappy Slowking Deck
I knew that the first Zappy with Steel on it would win the game. Close game
but I lost in the end. He used a lot of hand destruction R Trap and R Sneak
Attack.

5-2

I ended up 4th recieved 20 packs and drew 10 holos (hey that was great I
usualy get 6 or 7 out
 of 20 Packs)
