The Firefighters Dark Deck.

     As I just revamped this deck to equip sneasel and

ecopgym the idea was plain and simple. I have massed

90 wins and 20 losses total since it was created in

february of 2001.  It has been my strongest deck and

my best.

The FireFighters Dark deck.

2 clefairy

2 hitmonchan

3 sneasel

1 charmander

2 magmar (fossil)

1 machop

    Walking into the tournamnet this deck was sure to

place well and it was a hard power hitter.  The

sneasel clefairy combo was awesome. I knew the

competetion was tough but i held strong and went in.

The tournamnet is always run best 2 out of 3 battles

and run for 4 rounds its just a long day cut it to 3

rounds.  I walked out 4-2 but it was good for 3rd.

Here is my round by round wrapup. Ohh by the way

everyone has a pokemon name in the tournnamnet. 

Round 1 vs Armageddon

This was a good start in the first 3 hands i pulled my

sneasel and clefable quick. He came at me with a

megimum by turn 2 with its wild growth. I came up with

a clefable and in 2 turns killed it. After using

sneasel to clean out 3 more prizes it was taking out

with a venasaur and clefable 2 came up to finsih the

job with metronome. He dident see that i had one prize

left till i used meronome to win it. 

Battle 2: He came at me with a kanaskhan pair and i

had my clefairy out with sneasel benched.  I quickly

got clefaible out to cream kangaskan and he eventually

got bulbasaur up with the breeder quikly to follow

into venasaur. he had to energy trans alot with my

clefairy taking kangaskan down. After benching

hitmonchan and letting it get pumped i won knocking

down venasaur with hitmonchan after my clefairy

weakened it.

Record: 2-0

Round 2 vs Josh:

I was going in against the classic hitmonchan

electabuzz syther haymaker.  It was a sick attack on

his part. I brought out clefairy and it was killed.

Hitmonchan come out next. Plus powers killed it in 2

turns. I had my elekids walk out.  They were wiped out

with josh's heads flipping.  I lost a brutal one

getting one prize and suffering heavy losses. 

Match 2:  This time i come out with a hitmonchan

clefairy sneasel line up. He takes down hitmonchan

after a short while and my sneasel took charge. he had

a electabuszz ready for him and seadel went down to

the bench with no energy and 40 damage.  Clefaible was

stuck with no energy. I pulled 6 turns and no energy

quickly led to again my elekid being all that was left

to die before he took the win.

Record: 2-2

Round 3 vs unknown trainer

Match 1: I walked in with my clefairy and he had a

chansey. The match started with me in a jamm getting

my machop and using professor elm for nothing but

energy. He got his scriunch off quick and i pulled a

pokemon trainer to get sneasel which broke even for me

and gave chasey a schock.  The match went on with

mewtwo for him charmander for me. My hitmonchan got

chansey knocked out but mewtwo blasted hitmonchan dead

with phy burn. As he wore his deck then i was getting

slaughetred.   With one prize for him left and me with

two left i Threw caution in the wind knowing he has a

wobuffert chansey and mewtwo benched and i had a

sneasel elekid and clefaible benched.  I meronomed his

fully powered chansey and the scrunch failed so he won

it with double edge next turn.

Match 2: 2 minutes.  I got sneasel,he got abra,One

dark energy, I won with fury swipes in turn one. 

Match 3: At the beginning since Mike said this will be

the last bettle the trainer asked me if we can go with

the winner settling 2-0.  i said yes and we went at

it. This time it was snesel vs chansey. The battle

edged on as i got hitmonchan and clefairy in the next

2 turns and he got mewtwo and chansey #2.  The batlle

raged on with him taking out sneasel and me taking out

chansey to even the prizes.  The ending came late when

he kept oaking and computer searching.   He knew he

had a low deck but he went on and it all ended with

him pulling out a double edge hoping my elekid would

die. It dident the die was tails and i won after he

pulled his last card out and coudlent kill me and win

because he had 3 prizes left. 

Record: 4-2

My deck ended 4-2 and claimed 3rd place for the 2nd

time. The only problem was mike being the guy he is

only had 1st and 2nd place prizes and dident let it go

4 rounds because of a magic tourney walking in at

4:30.  I did what i could on the day and held up the

FireFighters motto

"No Surrender!"

Thats it. Thanks for checking this out.  Even though

the basic energy is low in the deck it still kicks

butt in the battle field.
