Well last month I may have told you about my poison oak deck, but today I
would like to tell you about my other deck called the Twister. Now you may
not want this deck much though because it always wins and people may get mad
at you. Well I'm 14 and I make some really good decks. It mostly uses tauros,
magmar, electabuzz, and jynx. I would tell you more about the card after I
tell you all the cards.
Pokemon:
4 Tauros
3 Jynx
4 Electabuzz
4 Fossil Magmar
Trainers:
4 Energy Removal
4 Super Energy Removal
4 Prof. Oak
4 Item Finder
4 Rocket's Sneak Attack
Energy Cards:
7 Fire Energy
7 Psy Energy
7 Electric Energy
4 Double Colorless Energy
Card Summaries:
Tauros
This card is good when you have Tauros and and a double colorless energy. You
can play Tauros and make your opponent think you don't have a enough energy.
(if you don't go first). Then you can surprise them and do stomp, if your
lucky it will do 30 damage, but if tails it will do only 20 damage. Then when
your opponent does an attack you can attach an energy and do rampage. That
attack does 20 + 10 for each damage counter on Tauros. Or if your opponent
doesn't have much HP left you can just do Stomp again. This card is a really
good card. But it only has 60 HP which is kinda bad. It has the lowest HP in
this deck. It also is uncommon so you won't have a hard time trying to find
him.
Magmar (fossil)
When this card was given to us a long time ago we all new this was going to
be in every multicolor deck. Its a really good starter. Just add one Fire
energy to magmar and do smokescreen the attack does 10 damage plus your
opponent has to flip a coin to attack on his or her next turn. Then on your
next turn you can add another energy and do smog. Flip a coin if heads the
defending pokemon is now poisoned. So its like doing an automatic 30 damage.
Plus magmar has a low retreat cost only one energy. That really makes him
useful when you need to retreat him. He has 70 HP which is actually pretty
good when you think about it. It also is uncommon so you won't have a hard
time trying to find him.
Jynx
Well jynx isn't the best starter, but ill give you some of the good reasons
to have her. First of all you can attach on e energy to jynx and do Double
Slap, if your lucky it will do 20 damage. Then you can keep doing that until
you have enough energy to do meditate and easily knock the opponent out.
Meditate does 20 damage plus 10 for each damage counter on the defending
pokemon. Which is really good. She has a retreat cost of two which really
isn't that good, but everything else makes up for it. Her HP is 70 which is
really good. She also is an uncommon card so again it won't be hard to find
her.
Electabuzz
Well we all know electabuzz was rated the best card in the whole pokemon game
so there's not much I can tell you. But for those of you who do not know, I
will tell you. First off Electabuzz is also one of the best starters in the
game. Attach on energy and do 10 damage and flip a coin if heads the
defending pokemon is now parlayed. Then on your next turn attach an energy
and do Thunder Punch. Thunder Punch does 30 damage and you flip a coin if
heads this attach does 40 damage if tails it does 30 and Electabuzz does 10
damage to it self. Well of course a good card like this cannot be so easy to
find. It is a rare card. It has 70 HP and it also has a high retreat cost,
but his ability makes up for it. His retreat cost is 2 energy. This deck
needs electabuzz.
Energy Removal
Remove one energy from your opponents pokemon. This card can be good as a
stall while you attack. Many times used in the beginning of a battle. Your
opponent's many times get angry at you when you use this card.
Super Energy Removal
Think about it super energy removals can remove 2 energy, it can really stop
your opponent from attacking.
Prof. Oak
Well all good decks need a few Prof. Oak. Prof. Oak has you discard your hand
and draw 7 new cards. It is really good when you have a bad hand or if you
just want to use that to find a trainer.
Item Finder
Item finder is one of the best cards i've seen. It allows you to discard 2
cards in order to get a card from your discard pile. Think about it. If you
use just one Super Energy Removal its just like saying you have 8 Super
Energy Removals just because of this card.
Team Rockets Sneak Attack
Well you may not see it, but team rockets sneak attack is actually a really
good card. It allows you to look at your opponents hand (which is good so you
know if there planing something) and you get to choose one of there trainers
so they have to shuffle it into there deck. if they have Super Energy Removal
then you can get ride of it.

Well I think that is enough talk about the cards. Now its time for the
battles.
First Battle
Well the person I played for the first battle was really big and fat. He
always used snorlax, artinuno and some other cards.
He always cheated and stuff. Well first I got a Team Rocket Sneak Attack,
Energy Removal, Jynx, Jynx, 1 Psy energy and 1 Electric energy. Well I send
out jynx ( I hate haven't jynx to start out with) and put the other jynx on
the bench. He sent out ditto. I went first. Well i used Double Slap. 1 heads
so it did 20 to him. Then he attacked using double slap no heads. The I drew
a card it was Prof. Oak. So I used Team Rocket Sneak attack and got rid of
his Super Energy Removal. The I did energy removal. The I attached an energy
and used Prof. Oak. I got mostly energy with a touros and magmar. I set then
on the bench and did double slap both were tails. Well then he attached an
energy and used Double Slap. They were both heads. The I drew a card attached
an energy and used Meditate. I won the game!!!!! You see the trick is to get
your opponents pokemon knocked out as soon as possible in order to be sure
you can win a quick game.! ! If you got to the pokemon league it can be really
useful. Luckily he had few basic pokemon in his deck or I would have had to
knock out more pokemon.
Secont Battle
Well this battle was against a person who had an arcanine deck. We both drew
7 cards. I got 1 double colorless, 1 fire, 1 touros, 1 jynx, 2 energy
removal, I super energy removal. Well this battle was against a kid who
didn't belive in much trainers and everyone knows that all good decks need
trainers, at least 8. Well he sent out Seel and had Growlithe on the bench. I
sent out Touros and had Jynx on the bench. He went first. he attacked an
energy and did 10 damage to me. Well then I drew a card it was a pluspower.
Well I attached a double colorless and used Stomp it was heads 30 damage to
him. All I needed to do was attach a pluspower next turn and he would be
knocked out for sure. But this kid does have a couple of trainers in his deck
and they are Potions and Super Potions. Well he used potion and attached an
energy to growlithe and did 10 damage to me. Well then I drew a card it was a
electric energy. I attached the energ! ! y to touros and used Stomp with a
pluspower, heads 40 damage. Yes, I knocked him out. Well then he sent out
Growlithe attached an energy and used flare. Well then of cource I just used
Rampage and knocked him out. Well if you don't know what rampage does ill
tell you, it does 20 plus 10 more for each damage counter on Touros. I had 4
so it did 60 damage. Well another battle won.
Third Battle
Well this time I had to battle someone with a wigglymaker deck. First he sent
out a jigglypuff and had 2 benched pokemon. I had a double colorless, fire,
electrick, magmar, Sneak Attack, Prof. Oak, and and psy energy. Well he went
first and did lullaby, I fliped a coin, tails I was still asleep. Well then
It was my turn. I got an energy removal.I used it. Then I used Sneak Attack
and got ride of a super energy removal. I saw that he had a Wigglytuff, but
no double colorless. Then I attached an energy to Magmar and did smokescreen.
I fliped a coin heads i awoke. Then he attached an energy and used lullaby.
He fliped a coin tails it failed. Then I got a Prof. Oak again and I used
smokescreen. Then he evolved into wigglyuff and attached a double colorless
energy (he must of got it after I used Sneak Attack) then he used Prof Oak
and got 3 basic pokemon and put it on the bench. He also used a pluspower and
knocked me out with one! ! hit. (smokescreen didn't count because he evolved so
he wasn't the same pokemon) He won. It really took me by surprize that he
beat me so quickly. Well I guess I needed to be more careful.
Fourth Battle
Battle against a person with only scythers and gym hero sythers. First he
sent out 2 scythers and I send out 2 magmar and a touros. I had 2 fire energy
and 2 energy removal. He went first he attached an energy and did swords
dance. Then I got a pluspower. I used energy removal and did smokescreen 20
damage. Then he attached and energy and used Swords Dance. I attached and
energy and did Smog. He's knocked out. Well he sends out a scyther and does
swords dance. Well I didn't even know why he did that so I used Smog. It was
heads 50 damage. Then he got a Gym Hero Scyther and attaches an energy to
that and again did swords dance. It did 10 damage to him because of poison.
Then I used energy removal against the gym hero scyther and knocked out the
regular scyther. Then he sent out his Gym Hero scyther and did nothing. (he
had no energy) Well then I used Smog. Tails, but it did 40 damage to him.
Then he got a energy and used a sup! ! er potion. Then I attached a pluspower and
did Smog. Heads he was knocked out and I won. It just goes to show ya how
good pluspoer really is. It can easily surprize the opponent.

Ways to use cards carefully in this deck:
Well I could spend another few hours writeing this but I think im done now.
But first Im going to tell you some things that you can expect while using
this deck. First of all you usually don't get the right pokemon in the
begining but it evens out later. Also becareful of prof. oaks once I had 3
prof. oaks in one hand and I had to discard them all so be careful of that.
You may be wondering why I didn't use any gym hero cards. Well I didn't think
any of them were really good for this deck but if you think differently
please email me and tell me what you think. Becareful of Jynx sometimes she
will be your only basic pokemon usually you want to use here as a stall
because you will probly get get a basic pokemon soon. Also use Energy Removal
and Super Energy Removal wise to. Don't just use them the secont you get
them. Save them for a time you may really need them. Its also the same with
pluspwer. Sometimes you will be just 10 a! ! way from knocking someone out and
you could easily use Pluspower to do the quicker job. Remember people will
stop battling you if you use this deck to often so be careful and don't use
this deck to much. Well thats all I have to say. Please send me suggestions.
