Pittsburgh, PA, Noodle Kidoodle 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM, About 20 People Came,
including 2 VERY Corrupt Gym Leaders (Can you take A box of Promos and sell
them?)

Well, if your too lazy too read the rest. I can condense it for you. My
first game I used my Water deck 3 times and my Grass Deck twice. I lost
once with water and won the rest. Now for you good ol' patient people.

Quickie Deck

2 Articuno
3 Lapras
3 Seel
2 Dewgong
4 Dratini (2 Rocket, 2 Base)
3 Dark Dragonair
1 Dark Dragonite
4 Squirttle (Rocket)
1 Dark Wartortle
1 Wartortle
2 Blastoise
2 Dark Blastoise
1 The Boss's Way
1 Imposter Proffesor Oak
1 Rocket Sneak Attack
2 Nightly Garbage Run
2 Pokemon Breeder
23 Water Energy

Opponent #1: My Good Friend Dylan and his Dark Blastoise and Whatever Deck
This couldn't have been worse. He started out with 1 active Squirtle,
and 2 Benched (All his were Rocket) he put an energy on it and let me go. I
had started with a Lapras, 6 Water Energy. I drew my card, Squirtle (all
mine are Rocket too) put him down, layed an energy on him and  used Water
Gun (does 10 damage plus 10 damage for each Water Energy attached ro Lapras
but not used to pay for this attacks energy cost. You can't add more than
20 damage this way.) Now again his turn with his damaged Squirttle (now at
40HP), he added a Water Energy and Shell Attacked my Lapras. On my turn I
drew a Water Energy (again), put another energy on Lapras and Water Gunned
for 20 damage. He added an energy to one of his benched Squirttle with this
just plain EVIL smile on his face and Shell Attacked with his active
Squirtlle (now at 20HP) to hurt my Lapras (now at 40 HP's). I drew a Dark
Dragonair, put an energy on Lapras and killed his Squirttle (My Prize was a
Seel). He brought out 'GASP' ANOTHER Squirttle and put an energy on it,
while also evolving his benched Squirttle into Dark Wartortle. After much
mocking he announced that it was my turn, I drew ANOTHER Water Energy.  I
attached an energy to Squirttle, put down Seel, and Used Lapras's Water Gun
for 30 damage. He Evolved his Dark Wartortle into Dark Blastoise, cackled,
attached an energy to his Active Squirttle and Shell Attacked for 20
damage. By the By, right now my Lapras is at 60HP and his Squirttle is at
20HP. I drew a Water Energy, attached it to my Squirttle, and used Lapras's
Water Gun to kill his Squirttle. My Prize was ANOTHER Water Energy. He
brought out Dark Blastoise, attached an energy to him, and announced my
turn. I drew a Blastoise so I put another Energy on Squirttle and attacked
with Confuse Ray (Flip a Coin. If Heads, the Defending Pokemon is now
Confused.) We flipped and he was fine (except that DB was at 60 HP) then he
attacked an Energy on him and attacked with Hydro Cannon, killing my
Lapras. He drew his prize, and then announced that I suck and that his turn
was over. I drew my card, another Water Energy, I brought out Seel,
attached an energy to it and Headbutted for 10 damage leaving DB at 50 HP.
He attached an energy to DB and Hydro Cannoned for 50 damage, leaving Seel
with 10HP. I drew a card, another Water Energy adn attached it to my
Squirttle leaving it with 4 energy. I forgot to Headbutt and when I said
"Wait a second Dylan!" he smcked me upside the head and said "Nope, sorry
Mike." He attacked an Energy to DB and Hydron Cannoned poor Seel. I drew a
Wartortle, evolved Squirttle, and used bite on DB leaving him at 10HP. He
drew a Squirttle and put it on his bench, making sure to attach an energy
to it, then killed my Wartortle. I drew my Desperation Card (when I play in
order to make it fair for inexperienced I let them draw 1 card when they
run out of Pokemon, if it's a bskic, good for them, if not, that's game.)
YES! It was a Squirttle. he killed it. I got my next Desperation Card, a
Dratini, he killed that too. And then with him having 1 prize left I drew
The Bosses Way and he won.

Okay, that was my first battle and only loss at this Tournament, but
because it was freelance I could play as much as I wanted. Sorry if that
was long, but it seemed even longer playing it. During the break I checked
on my brother, he was doing fine using a Muk/Fighting Deck I made for him.
The next 2 kids I played I use my Grass Deck. I replayed my first Grass
Deck victim , but insted with my Quickie Deck.

Opponent number 2# and #4: Let's call him Pookey with a Electric/Psychic
Deck
He used a strange deck that was based on Elctric and Psychic, with
little energy. He had too many basics too name and the game was a blur, but
here's the basics of what I remember (this is 7 hours from when the tourney
started and much work after too). He had an obvious Newbie Deck and it
offered no real resistance except for when I helped him. In a condensed
form I brought out 1 Squirttle, 1 Dratini for beginning of the game. He won
the flip and couldn't do a thing, so I drew my card (Dark Dragonair)
attacked an energy to Squirttle and announced his turn. He couldn't do
anything (again) and I went. I drew a Blastoise so I brought out Dark
Dragonair, used Evolutionary Light (Pokemon Power : Evolutionary Light Once
during your turn (Before You Attack), you may search your deck for an
Evolution Card, show it to your opponent, and put it into your hand.
Shuffle your Deck afterward. This Power can't be used if Dark Dragonair is
asleep, confused, or paralyzed.) to find a Pokemon Breeder and evolved
Squirtle into Blastoise, pumped it up and placed a Lapras and a Scyther on
my bench (I still have a Dark Dragonair in my hand). I killed his pokemon,
he STILL can't do anything and I go. I drew an energy and then it hit me, I
used Evolutionary Light to choose Dark Dragonite, used is Pokemon Power :
Summon Minions (When you play Dark Dragonite from your hand, search your
deck for up to 2 Basic Pokemon and put them onto your Bench. Shufle your
deck afterward.) in order to get a Squirttle and a Dratini I dested another
Pokemon and he eventually managed to bring out a Dark Kadabra and do me 20
damage. I put down Dark Dragonair, ELighted for a Dark Blastoise, and
killed his Dark Kadabra and in short the game ended with Blastoise at 60HP
and having killed 6 pokemon with my bench full and fully charged.

WHOOOO! I'm losing power captain! My last and FINAL game for the day was
against my buddy Wilson. Before the game though I traded him a scratched
and beat up Venasuar (My 2nd one) for a 1st-Edition Dark Dragonite and
another 1st-Edition Dark Dragonair and made a few adjustments. I also
traded for a Dark Dugtrio, and a Dark Machamp, both 1st Edition (Dugtrio
Was Holo Too.)

Quickie Deck (After Trading)
2 Scyther
2 Articuno
3 Lapras
4 Dratini (2 Rocket, 2 Base)
4 Dark Dragonair
2 Dark Dragonite
4 Squirttle (Rocket)
1 Wartortle
1 Dark Wartortle
2 Blastoise
2 Dark Blastoise
1 The Boss's Way
1 Imposter Professor Oak
1 Rocket Sneak Attack
2 Nightly Garbage Run
2 Pokemon Breeder
26 Water Energy

FINALLY My Last Battle
Opponent #5: Wilson with Electric Stall Deck
This was Short Lived and I have to get off before my sister goes nuts
so I'll keep it as short as possible. I killed one of his pokemon with
Lapras.  By the time he had killed Lapras, it had taken too long, he got
REALLY REALLY LUCKY flipping heads on Tounge Wrap 7 times in a row. By then
I had a Dark Blastoise, an Articuno, A blastoise and 2 Dark Dragonite. He
killed 3 Pokemon then I killed his best card out (Dark Jolteon) and the
game was over in the remaining 5 minutes we had left. Wilson was upset, he
got mad, I left happilly and quickly (My Mom was, unhappy) with an
abundance of points and great trades.
