Hey, Pojo readers, today on my birthday I used a deck I thought of last
night. It uses thundershock/smokescreen while building up a few RK9 to clean
the last 2/3 prizes. Electabuzz covers your @$$ against Water, and the
trainers and energy are pretty self explanatory. The league allowed Crapanese
cards, but I didnt use any. Here's my deck, Blister:

Pokémon: 15
4 Electabuzz(Base)
4 Magmar(Fossil)
4 Growlithe
3 Arcanine(Base, aka Mr. Clean)
Trainers: 25
3 Bill
3 Professor Oak
2 Computer Search
4 Defender(Electabuzz and arcanine hurt themselves)
3 Gust of Win(not wind, moron)
3 Lass(Slow them down while I build up)
2 Energy Retrieval
2 Nightly Garbage Run
3 Scoop Up(No soup for you!)
Energy: 20
13 Fire
7 Lightning

Standard Cleaner strategy: Get 3 Prizes, then release the hounds and take
down everything in sight. Going into the league I didnt know if i would have
that good birthday luck or be extremely unlucky because im turning 13. I had
never played this deck before either, so i didnt know if it would be awesome
or crappy or somewhere inbetween. Now, onto the matches(I played more, but
these are the only ones I can Remember):

1st game: Me vs. Marcus(I think) with Grass Haymaker
His deck was loaded with Scyther, TR's Scyther, Giovanni's Pinsir, and
Herakurosu. (Insert evil laughter here) I started with a Magmar with benched
growlithe to his Scyther with benched Herakurosu. I smokescreened for a while
until I finally was KOed but by then a had a more than loaded arcanine ready
to clean his fire weak bench.

Next game: Me vs. Jake with AeroSponge
Must be that evil bad luck of turning 13, I got disgusting cards in my hand
and from topdecking. with my drought and his ERs and SERs I only attacked
like 4 times the whole game. I didnt win.

Next game: me vs. newbie with weird deck with tons of stage 2s of different
types
This guy was speaking in some other language to his mom, it sounded cool to
listen to them. He was not skilled at playing at all, he got a Nidoking with
3 G energy against my magmar and use Thrash!?!? i got an arcanine out and did
afew take downs with a defender each time. his bench couldnt handle it. I won.

And now, Props and Slops:
Props to:
Arcanine for having 100 Hp and an 80 damage move, that rules!
A lot of people for using grass pokés
My mom for getting us there early
the good professor for being there when i needed him
Slops to:
Me for not putting Item Finder in this deck
