Rock the Boat v1.0 (Water)

This is my Pojo Killer Deck debut. It took place on a Saturday (I can't
remeber the date, exactly) at Fun 4 All hobby shop. There were about 20-25
people there, including me and my friend Bryan. I must admit, this was my
first ever tourny, and I was really nervous. I have been playing ever
since
the TCG debut, but only casual games with friends and people at the league.
The day before the tourny, I played my life out for practice. So, here
goes, tell me what you think:

I absolutely hate Haymakers and Wiggly decks. The take out the fun of
seeing what others play, and see their strategy. This may be a Rain Dance
deck, but I use any strategy that pops up while playing. So, here's how
things went:
Round 1: vs. Haymaker
Like I said, I don't like Haymakers. This was a
Lightning/Psychic/Grass
Haymaker. I started okay, with 1 Misty's Horsea, 1 Misty's Seadra, a (TR)
Squirtle, 3 W energy, and a Bill. He opened with only 1 pokemon. His
Scyther againt my Misty's Horsea. I won the flip, so I went first. I
drew
a Wartortle. I put energy on Horsea, and attacked for 10 damage. I
guess
he had some odd strategy, because that was the only basic he played. On our
2nd turn he used Swords dance. On my third turn I flipped a heads with
Smokescreen. Next turn, I knocked out Scyther, for the win. He ended
up
making an excuse that he didn't get the trainers he needed.

Round 2: vs. Fire
This was a bit easier, due to the weakness. I was able to get Gyarados out
by my fourth turn, causing a problem for my opponent. I had let him knock
out one of my Misty's Horseas to let out Gyarados. After Gyarados was out,
I knocked out 4 pokemon in a row leaving him out of basics.

Round 3: vs. Health Insurance (Pyschic)
This was possibly my hardest match yet, it got really annoying when he kept
sweeping all the damage away with Alakazam and PKMN center. So, I did it
back. I used energy flow, took all the energy off my hurt PKMN, and swept
the damage off using PKMN center. Then I put back the energy using
Blastoise's Rain Dance power. It went on for a long time, and I didn't
have
any real problems. We were both down to the last prize, and I had only a
Misty's Seadra with 20 HP left. He had a Hypno with 2 energy on it.
It was
his turn and he had no energy left. He used Prophecey on himself. I
used
KO Needle, praying for a heads. And luckily I got it, and knocked out
Hypno
for an other win!

Round 4 (Semi-Finals): vs. Erika's Dark Sister (Grass)
This is one Bryans decks I helped him make. On the way to the tourny the
dork said he wouldn't use it...liar. The only good thing was that I knew
the strategy behind it, and I had a way to stop it. As much as he tried,
he
had to eventually put Dark Vileplume as his active. I used his strategy
against him. Using all mind, I damaged all the pokemon as much as i could,
knowing he would need his Venasaur and PKMN center. But, I wouldn't knock
out the Dark Vileplume. He was stuck with the severly damaged pokemon, and
a perfect Dark Vileplume. I GOWed his Dark Vileplume for a heavily damaged
energy-less Gloom. I knocked it out with Dark Wartortle, and took my last
prize. Here's when you need to know, don't use Gyarados, or Dark Gyarados
unless you have to.

Round 4 (Finals): vs. Victreebel's Shocking Secret (Grass/Lightning)
This was the worst match ever! By the 3rd turn my opponent had a fully
charged Erika's Victreebell. All I had were 2 Magikarp with 1 energy each.
You can guess the outcome.

I tried really hard at my first tourny and proudly took 2nd place. I got 3
Gym Heroes booster packs (1st place was a theme deck of your choice and 2
booster packs).
