I woke up late around 8:30 and had to take a shower and get ready, eat breakfast, blah blah blah. We leave at around 10:10 and reach the mall at 10:25. We go inside and there's a huge line that I'm guessing around two hundred feet. After waiting about a half an hour in line, we got a few stickers(wow), strategies(which sucked)and a prerelease gyrados. We picked up an appointment card and it stated that I was suppose to be at the sears court for that prep check area at 11:45. I went over to the league area and looked at my watch. I had only ten minutes left till 11:45. So I walked all the way back, which was very annoying. I talk to a few people and just get a hint on what kinds of decks were going to be at this tourney. After the check it was about to be 12:30 so I grabbed a pop(soda is what you might call somewhere else), and went to Area 1. This is my very first tournament and very first time I actually used a wigglytuff deck because I haven't been to league since weeks.I decided to use an original deck, but obviously I didn't. I could never find the right cards. So I stuck with my original idea, with turbo tuff. This deck includes speed, pluspower and back up pokemon. I gained a lot of confidence during this tournament, though. Anyways onto the report.

(Round One)Turbo Tuff vs.. P. Schilling with a energy removal deck

My hand was ok, it consist of Scyther, Jigglypuff and Trainers that give my card drawing power. It was easy, even though it was a energy removal deck, he barely had any energy removal trainers, Thank God. Turbo Tuff decks really suck against energy removal trainers if they run a maximum of it. He started with a rocket squirtle, and I had a Scyther. I attached a fighting energy to jigglpuff. He attached energy to another base squirtle. I evolve jiggly to wiggly and oaked, filled my bench one by one, and wasted him. I beat him early, so I just sat back and relaxed for ten minutes. Too bad there wasn't any prizes for now. This round built my confidence.

Outcome- Win

(Round Two)Turbo Tuff vs.. D Shirmask(couldn't read it) with Haymaker

I expected some challenge from this person. He had a Chansey, and I had a scyther. I had a feeling to keep hitmonchan in my hand and put down wiggly. I gave him a suprise. So I beat down Chansey, and Scyther proceeds. I scoop up Hitmonchan and bring out wiggly full charged and a pluspower koes his scyther. He brings out scyther and i oak and get another prize. He brings out electabuzz and kills wiggly.

I bring out Hitmonchan and beat him after a while. After this round, we've received two booster packs. I shook his friend's hand because he thought I've played fairly well. Once again, I sat back for about 7 minutes.

Outcome- Win

(Round 3)Turbo Tuff vs.. Tyler Grund with Haymaker

I didn't even know it was him at first, but I thought he had a very challenging deck. He had a perfect score so far. At the end, they wrote down my score and saw his name. He was also wearing a pojo shirt. Anyways he started with 2 electabuzzes and I started with Hitmonchan, and pounded both electabuzzes. He brings out Scyther, and I pc search for a scoop up. I scoop up, and bring out scyther. I had to go haymaker style because he kept energy removing me from wigglytuff. I beat down his Hitmonchan with scyther, and i killed hitmonchan and he knew he was in deep. After receiving 4 prizes to his 1, He ran out of bench pokemon after i use wiggly plus pluspower to beat him. I was very suprised to find that was Tyler. One of the trainers asked for the time and I guess I had 8 minutes left to rest. After this round, I got another booster pack. That must hurt for Tyler because he had a perfect score going, 12 points so far.

(P.S. Tyler, I think you took my damage counters:)

Outcome- Win

(Round 4)Turbo Tuff vs.. M. Manin(Okay, I couldn't see his name well at all) with Turbo Tuff

This round, I've made many mistakes. I put down hitmochan against mime and he gets to go first. He flips his bench and there's a promo mewtwo. I was wondering why he didn't put him first. Thank God because I didn't have a bench. He attaches an energy and the Master Trainer(or so what we call them) said we couldn't start yet. I keep doing that for some reason. The Master Trainers were joking around and threatning to disqualify us..oooohh im scared. We flip them back and then we started. He attached an energy to mime and passed. I attach an energy to hitmonchan and oaked, getting two jigglypuffs and one chansey. I lay down jiggly and chansey. I attacked with jab, giving mime. He attaches an energy to mime, and energy removals my hitmonchan. He hits me for 20 because of weakness. I rocket sneak attack his Super Energy Removal and jab for the first prize. He then gets me with promo Mewtwo after a few turns and then I scoo! p up hitmonchan(couldn't ko becau

Outcome- No Win

Opponent Skill- couldn't read, I think it was 17

All in all, I had a very fun time and I felt bad for anyone that lost. It didn't feel that great after you lose a tournament you've been waiting to go to for over two months. This game gets harder and harder as time progresses. It takes some time to master this game, and after you've mastered it, there's always something new to learn.

Props to my mom who stayed there even though she was tired

Props to the WotC for this tournament

Props to the Mall of America for holding this

Props to everybody I've played for being nice

Slops to my cousin's first opponent for cheating

Slops to me for being so stupid in the fourth roun
