Hey Scott.  I was thinking of what to make for my deck a couple weeks back
when i came to your Sponge.  I liked the idea and had the Mewtwo's and
Electabuzzes so i modified it.  I added my favorite pokemon Scyther and my
second fave WigglyTuff.  The tournament was at Matt's Sports Cards in Enfield
Conecticut. It was double elimination two out of the games for every match.
Oh ya,  you can have 65 cards in your deck.  I played my deck SuperTuff Sponge
.  Oh and Japs are allowed there.

    Pokemon (20)
2 MR. Mimes ( Wall)
3 Mewtwo (MP)  (Totaly defeats ER)
4 Electabuzz (What can you say about him?  I guess speed!)
4 Scyther (My fav)
4 Jigglys (Evolve, Not bad basic)
3 Wigglys (Do the wave baby)
    Traniners (22)
2 Professor Oak (There Oaks come on)
1 Gambler ( Prevent Decking)
3 Plus Power (Ten more damage)
4 Super Energy Removals(Better than ER)
3 Energy Removals (Take one energy for free)
2 Gust Of Wind (You thought that  pokemon on the bench was safe)
4 Computer Search (Look for anything from your deck)
3 Scoop Up (Better than switch)
    Energy (23)
7 Electric
7 Psycic
5 Grass
4 Double Colorless

Game 1: Ruse electric with Charizard for colorless flare
Match 1 He starts with four mulligens.  With fifteen cards you know i
had my Wiggly's up and running on second turn.  Killed off a Pikichu right
after he drew a Electabuzz.  Right before I killed that he drew a charmander
and I killed that and won cause of no basics.
Match 2:  He starts with a voltob and yet again i have the second
turn Wiggly and the Oak.
    Game set match. 1-0
Game 2: Guy with electric and clefaible.
Match 1:  I don't remember much.  Couldn't get the cards I needed and
ended up losing by prizes only drawing one.
Match 2:  Got the Wiggly second turn again and one by prizes him
getting none.
Match 3:  Don't remember this one:  Just know i won.  I don't think i got
Wiggly up but i didn't need him.
    Game set match. 2-0
Game 3:  Tim the gym leaderish kind of person with grass deck with
Giovanni's Nidoking and the 2nd stage neo grass evelution with Rocket's
Vileploom. (No trainers :(> )
Match 1:  He got his evo's off fast and i got nothing.  Almost decked
him in the end with Mime but couldn't get it.
Match 2: Same as above but more brutal.
        LOSS. 2-1
Game 4: Semi's:  Sam with wierd electric fighting deck to beat up on all
the electric decks aroud.
Match 1:  I didn't get any card drawing in the beginning but it paid
off cause I decked him with one prize left.
Match 2:  Got the second turn Wiggly and used Scyther to kill his
ryhorn's and Hitmonchan's.
    Game set match. 3-1
Finals against Matt.  He uses Team Rocket Zapdos and chansey and
clefaible.
Game 1-2.  We split these games.  Doesn't really matter cause we decided
to split first getting twelve buck's each.  Not bad for 1 dollar entry fee.
I got three regular base boosters.  First one I pulled a Blastiose.  I
thought finaly a Holo.  Second pack Hitmo jeez i guess the waiting paid off
i'm thinking  Third pack Charizard.  Well looks like my luck has finally
changed.
Well you know what time it is now.
