Hi Pojo and pokemon fans
this is the deck that I recently used in a 28 man tournament in Lismore of NSW.
Pokemon                      Trainers
3-machamp                   4-bill
3-hitmonchan                4-professor oak
3-kangaskan                 4-computer search
3-abra                            Energy
2-kadabra
2-alakazam                   12-Psychic
3-promo mewtwo           12-Fighting
1-snorlax                       4-double colourless
The main idea of the deck is to set up a strong bench while still using powerful
basics to lead the attack, the trainers are used to speed up the process by drawing  more and more cards.[hopefully the ones you want]

Game 1   me vs.  boy with grass/fire
My turn first I start the game with kangaskhan as my basic I then bench a
hitmonchan and powerup my kangaskhan  with a double colourless energy
I play bill to end turn 1 and draw  another double colourless energy and a abra.
Turn 2 I play the second double colourless on kangsakhan and smack him
with comet punch does 80 damage after I finished flipping the coins .
nidoran dead hes out of basics I win.

Game 2 me vs very bad electric/fighting deck
He starts with a magnemite I start with a machop he gets no energy in hand
and passes I put down a fighting and attack him for 40 damage once again
thats it out of basics I win

Game 3 me vs fantastic water/grass deck[this guy had beaten each challenger in the second turn like me I was looking forward to a very fast game]
My turn first I play a hitmonchan as my basic and then play bill to draw 2 more
cards he then put s out  a jiglypuff  and benches a squirtle and gives it a energy
I draw a double colourless as my card and bench a mewtwo[promo]
i then attack jiglypuff for 40 damage he puts an double colourless energy on jiglypuff and pounds me for 20 I draw a pychic energy and put it on mewtwo
I then attack his jiglypuff for another 40 and kill it.
he only has a squirtle left and puts it into battle he has no other benched pokemon
and passes the turn to me.
I straight away attack him and kill squirtle no benched pokemon I win.

Semi-final  me vs fire/electric
I win first turn and straight away put out kangaskhan  attach  a double colourless
energy and play fetch to draw a card I pick up a double colourless and hand over the turn.
He puts out a ponta and uses smash kick to deal me some damage,he does not
put down a benched pokemon.
I draw a card and its computer search I attach another double colourless to
kangaskhan and attack him for 60 damage shows over I win.

FINALS  me vs psyhic/grass
I win first turn and get stuck with a abra and no energy I play a bill and still have no
energy or basic pokemon.
He starts off with a drowzee and attaches a psyhic energy he then attacks me
for 20 damage and tells me its my turn.
I draw a card still no energy or  basics I hand over the turn and the match.
Next turn he straight away kills my abra no basics on bench I Lose.

All and all I came second and got 2 packs original and 2 packs jungle from which
I pulled a venusaur, charizard, jolteon and vileplume I was very happy.

So as you have read the main focus of the deck is to kill your opponent before they have a chance to get started.
