hey pojo,
I am in the
pokemon leage in Stockton, CA. There my friends Ricky, Billy & I decide to
make our own TEAM ROCKET. At this leage everyone is in love with Raindance
deck (you'll read all about it in my report!!), & I got so sick of them I
decided to make a deck to leave their pokemon helpless. So on to the deck.
Pokemon:
4- Zapdos ( fossil )
4- Electabuzz ( base )
4- Aerodactyl ( fossil )
Trainers:
4- Mysterious fossil
4- energy removal
4- super energy removal
4- Professor Oak
4- comp. search
Energy:
26- electric energy
The main idea
The main idea is to get out aerodactyl before
they evole to Blastoise. Then piss 'em off by energy removing all the energies
on high cost pokemon like articuno. Then bet the snot out of 'em with
Electabuzz & Zapdos.
The Report
1st game
Me vs. guy in his late 20's ( real loser ) with
Raindance
Everyone around here thinks nothing can bet
Raindance. This guy thought he was the king of raindance & he perposed a
bet. He said he'd bet a hitmonchan, ( I tried not to laugh ) then I bet a holo
Mr. mime. Then I drew a Electabuzz, 3 electric energy, oak, E.R, &
Mysterious fossil. He won the flip so he went 1st with a lapras and magikarp
& squitle on bench. put a energy on lapras & attacked for 10HP. (
Trying not to laugh when he saw I had an Electric deck) I put an E energy on
Electabuzz, then E.R.ed the W energy on lapras, then oaked. I got 2 aero's, 1
super E.R., Zapdos & 3 E energy. Put down zapdos. Thundershocked for
20 HP, Paralyzed. He pulled an articuno & put it down & attached
another W energy on lapras. Then passed because he was paralyzed. I put down
areo & killed lapras. Then I had the game won I just kept E.R.in' articuno
& kill everyone with just Electabuzz. & I WON HIS HITMONCHAN.

2nd game
ME vs. some annoying little kid with Raindance( see i
told u everyone had a raindance )
I had past history with this kid. I hated him because
he accused my friend & fellow Team Rocket member Billy of steeling
his charizard. This game was like the last one but he evolved to gyrados
on 2nd turn. Then when I kept E.R.in' him he bulrted out "hey, this kid's
cheatin' " then he got the gym leader to inspect my deck. when he was
finished both decks, i went back to kickin' his tail. I won. then Ricky,
Billy, & I laughed in his face (hey he deserved it )
3rd game
me Vs. Billy with Wiggley deck
this game was harder than the first 2. i got my
aero out 2nd turn before billy got out Wiggley( thank the lord ). then he
started stallin' with lickatung & tung warp ( b#@!h move )but i killed him
with zapdos .he sent out jiggly hurtin' by Thunderstorm with only 40HP left. I
had aero ,zapdos ,& 2 electabuzz on bench. he had no one on bench &
forfeit. YAAA! take that lickatung.
than I decided to watch Ricky get his butt beaten by a
8 year old. ha ha.
Things not to put in anti-Raindance
No pikachues - you can't evolve 'em with Aero. They
just take ^ room in deck
No magnimites- same reason
No magmars- i know everyone likes to team magmar &
electabuzz, but think about it, if you use it against raindance ( like it's
supposed to be ) Magmar will be weak against Magikarp ( & thats pretty
weak )
No super potion- you need all the energy you can
get after all the oakin', comp. searchin', & super E.R.in' .
No Jigglys & Wiggleys- don't get me wrong
it's a great card, but no evolution card except Aero
No hitmonchans- you want to have all eletric energy for
electabuzz & zapdos
No Zapdos (Base)- dont waste your $money$ just because
he has a 100HP move, so what. remember raindances are weak to electric, duh!!!
that 100HP move dont mean swat. everyone will die just fine with the CHEAPER
non-foil zapdos.
Things that ok to put in Anti-Raindance
( but i just didn't fell like puttin' in )
scyther - if you absolutly have to have him, go ahead.
remember though, you won't have the advantage of having eletric against water.
de-evolution spray- if you didn't get your aero out
fast enough, hurry up & put him down then use De-evolution spray and make
that blastiose in his hand useless.
Chansey- every deck could use a good staller, but make
sure you don't turn the deck into a stall deck, cause raindance will woop on
you.
Other decks anti-raindance is good
against
Any pre-construcked deck - duh, cause
they suck
Almost any evolution deck - that aero gives you the
upper hand
Chan & Lee fighting decks - Aero & zapdos both
have resistance against fighting, just don't use Electabuzz. His weakness is
fighting.
Decks anti- raindance sucks
against
Stall decks- you use a lot of oak at
the beginning of the game. the only thing you can use against Mr. mime is
Electabuzz's Thundershock.
A couple of tips
Moltres or any other basic pokemon with high cost, high
HP move - if you come across some of these people tend to put them on the
bench & build on them. focus all your E.R.s & super E.R.s on stopin'
'em from builded on them.( see how mad they get )
Charizard- if you let some one evolve charmander your
stupid. even if your not battlein' against rain-dance still get out aero as
soon as possible. but if you are that stupid still all you have to do is the
same thing as a moltres, just E.R. to death they'll stop tryin' to build ^ on
it after a while.
Mr. mime - the only thing you can do is electabuzz's
thundershock & pray he gets paralyzed.
Chansey & Alakazam combo - after that you are dead.
your puny thunderpunch won't won't leave a dent in chansey's big tough butt
*** If at all
possible keep Aero on the bench***
once he's put to sleep, confused, or paralyzed, you will be bombarded with
evolved forms of pokemon
