Well, I finally got around to writing a Part II to my Incredibly Annoying
Stall.  I played this deck at my local Pokémon League at Toys 'R' Us in Carle
Place. Overall, it did very well. However, this deck is a bit different this
time around.  Jynx is now a permanent part of this deck, as it has good HP
and can attack well. Another Alakazam has been added, as well as two more
Chansey. Gone are one Tentacool, and the useless Mewtwo. Mr. Mime was added,
but it's not official whether he'll stay.

Energy (19):
17 Psychic
2 Double Colorless Energy (This is enough for all the Chansey, some stay on
my bench while the active Scrunches as a wall. And since I rarely attach to
others than Jynx and Mr. Mime, the Psy energy can be used.)

Pokémon (17)
4 Chansey (to stall, absorb damage, and possibly Double Edge when needed)
3 Abra (Well, Alakazam's got to start SOMEWHERE.)
2 Kadabra (Can stall with Recover and do tons of damage with Super Psy while
waiting for Alakazam)
2 Alakazam (Damage Swap.)
2 Mr. Mime (Heh heh heh..)
2 Tentacool (Swap two damage counters, use Cowardice. Infinite potion that
can be used once every turn.)
2 Jynx (Good HP, acts as a very strong attacker and the only real heavy
hitter in this deck. When I HAVE to get a prize or two, I'll Meditate to do
damage.)

Trainers (24)
2 Switch (In case Alakazam is stuck as Active with no energy, or when
someone's hit with a status effect)
3 Computer Search (Maybe another would be useful...to find anything I can
use.)
1 Energy Retrieval (This is enough, no more are needed, believe it or not.)
2 Pokémon Center (Ha! Swap damage to Chanseys and Alakazam with no Energy,
and play this.)
2 Defender (Might ditch these, but they can come in handy.)
4 Energy Removal (Aim for Double Colorless with these. Great card!)
2 Super Energy Removal (Discarding energy on my Pokémon is no problem, this
card is very good anyway.)
2 Pokémon Trader (Return Tentacool to my hand when I can't use it anymore and
use this to get another Chansey out.)
3 Gust of Wind (This card is very useful at times, and contributes to my
deck's annoyance factor.)
1 Itemfinder (For anything that I need that I already used up.)
2 Impostor Prof. Oak (Wait till they have no cards in their hand, and they
draw 7 new ones for free. A few of these can deck them!)

My strategy is to soak up damage on Chansey, and eliminate it with Pokémon
Center. I run the opponent out of cards with Impostor Oak and rarely ever
attack. If I do attack, I use Jynx to cause good damage.

Match 1: Against little kid with Water/Fire (modified Lockdown) deck.
This kid was about seven or so, but was a good sport. He used Krabby and
Kingler for some reason, but my Gust of Wind brought out those high retreat,
high attack cost Pokémon and then Jynx Meditated them to death. Fossil Magmar
caused some problems against me until I Double Edged for the win.

Match 2: Against Robert with Charizard/Ninetales fire deck
This was an annoying match. He was like 11 or 12, and his mom sat with him
telling him strategies and asking me annoying questions constantly like "how
are you moving all the damage?" and "why are you returning Tentacool to your
hand and removing the damage from it?"  He also started swearing and whining
about how he was about to deck, and cried at the end. He had three
Charizards, at least 1 Ninetales, a Clefairy, and some Kangaskhans,
Dragonites, and others. He thought he was taking advantage of my constant
Mulliganing (which was odd because I have a lot of basics, but then again, it
could have used some more shuffling) until he draws about 8 additional cards
and I draw some Chanseys.  He gets a Charizard out and loads it with energy.
He Fire Spins Chansey a few times, and knocks out 3 of my Pokémon with
Dragonites and Charizards. This game continued until he ran out of energy on
Charizard, and I was left with just a Kadabra and Alakazam in play. It looked
grim for me until he got another Charizard out, with no energy, and whenever
he attached I would Gust of Wind to get Charizard out of the way. This
dragged on until he drew his last card and I won. He actually drew three
prizes and I drew none, but I decked him instead of going for prizes. He
cried for about another half hour, accusing me of cheating because I decked
him instead of KOing 6 Pokémon, and my good friend Ryan took him out in
another game as well.

Match 3: Against Robert with Charizard/Ninetales deck again
This took place a week after the previous two matches, but was a bit
different. He kept using Dratini's Pound to damage Mr. Mime, but I kept
swapping the damage off him. This time his Dragonite actually served a
purpose. I also noticed Ditto on his bench for some odd reason. Dragonite
Slammed Chansey for 80 a few times, but Damage Swap took care of it.  I also
drove him nuts by saying "Chansey" in Chansey's voice on the TV show whenever
I played Chansey.  My character voices certainly contributed to this deck's
Annoyance Factor. My Energy Removals got rid of every DCE in play (attached
to Kangaskhan, Ditto, and Dragonite) and made sure his Charizard with no
energy couldn't leave the bench. Eventually no one takes a prize and I deck
him. This time he didn't cry, and was happy because he still got 10 more
points towards his holo Mew.

Well, that was it. If I decide to keep this long-lasting deck, I'll write a
part three. This deck will change constantly as I find ways to make it better.
