first round vs frank
okay,frank's firestorm deck had given me a hard time.but i
had found his weak points.5-3 in 16th turn.i had venusaur and scyther ready to
knock out charmander vulpix and growlithe to win.this match i didn't want to
said because i didn't draw

round 2 vs george
his dark mind-lighting bench deck was really impressive.my
grassgrower,grass pokemon had no trouble vs his pokemon..raichu give me
some problems early on but big egg explosion got him knocked out.15th turn 5-4
me.i got scyther and used swords dance.and then finished haunter for the
win.
round 3 bye due to there was 9 players left i got
picked not to play in this round and quarterfinals
semifinals vs joe
joe used a new hotwater deck with blastoise,poliwrath ,and
charizard.we shuffled.the winner played in the finals for 6 boosters 2
base,2 jungle,2 fossil.i got bulbasaur and leech seeded his goldeen.after
goldeen was ko,he chose poliwarth and ko 2 pokemon before he was ko.same for
blastoise.4-3 joe.i used pokemon center to get all damage counters off all my
pokemon.i had a problem.i had only 6 cards left. in my deck.not good.i drew my
last card and charizard got ko by scyther's slash.and seaking got ko for the
win.
finals vs rudy
me and rudy were leaders in our division.rudy had a
lighting-deck with pikachu and raichu.this was my toughest match ever.so i was
ready and made my grassgrower a bit better.i added chansaey to the deck and i
took him 4 turns to knock it out.i had time to elovle bulbasaur to ivysaur to
venusaurand energy trans to exeggutor and ko his 2 snorlax.3-2 rudy.i had 30
cards left in the mid-point of the match.i took rudy's disadventage to ko 3
more of his pokemon.5-5 with no cards left in the deck.i had to ko his raichu
this turn.i used recycle and got venusaur out of my discard pile.energy trans
to get the 4 grass energy on pinsir to venusaur.i used the solarbeam to ko him
and win the toruney.
