I played in Oakland, Ca at Collector's
Corner on Sunday, September 19,1999.  There were 16 people at the tournament.
After experimenting with my friends this deck is pretty good, but not
perfect.  This is my electric and fire deck.

12 Fire Energy
9 Electric Energy
4 Double Colorless Energy

1 Ninetales
2 Vulpix
2 Magmar
2 Voltorb
1 Electrode
2 Electabuzz
2 Lickitung
2 Dratini
1 Dragonair
1 Clefairy
1 Clefable

2 Bill
2 Energy Removal
2 Gust of Wind
2 Potion
2 Energy Retrieval
2 Super Potion
2 Computer Search
2 Pokemon Trader
2 Super Energy Removal

1st Opponent: Benny Ho (12)
This was an easy match Benny, my friend, told me he had an all types deck.

Round 1
He managed to power up his gastly somehow, but all he did was failed attempts
with his sleeping gas. It was an easy win.

Round 2
It was just about the same, he lost again.

2nd Opponent: James Dion (7-9?)
He had a water deck.

Round 1
He had a Staryu, I had a Voltorb. After 2 tackles, I won.

Round 2
I had 1 prize and he had like 4.  He was dumb enough to bring out his Magmar
against my Clefable.

3rd Opponent: Nelson Um (12) Semi-Finals
He was my friend that I practiced with.  He had an all grass deck.  He gave
me the Clefairy and Lickitung idea.

Round 1
I've always beaten him, this round wasn't much different.  He lost to my
Magmar, Clefairy, and Electabuzz.

Round 2
I started out with 2 Lickitungs and 1 Clefairy, I won of course.

4th Opponent: ??? (10-12?) Finals
He had a fire deck.

Round 1
I had only 1 Basic 40 Hp Pokemon, it was a quick game.

Round 2
I was kind of scared after my first loss, but I came back after the first win
with a quick win.

Round 3
We both had 1 Prize, but i came out with a win with my Clefable.

5th Opponent: Andrew (16-19?) Encore Match
This wasn't really part of the tournament, but Andrew, the ref., said the
winner gets to play him.  He had a modified Raindance deck.  We were only
gonna play one round.

Round 1
In the end we both had 1 prize, but after all his Bills, Professor Oaks, and
Computer Searchs his deck was running low.  It was my turn, I had a Magmar
with 2 Fire Energy, a Computer Search, a Gust of Wind, a Lightning Energy,
and a Double Colorless Energy.  All I remember is his Gyrados was out and he
had a Scyther on his bench.  I was gonna Computer Search for a Fire Energy
with a Electric Energy, but I got hasty and discarded my Gust of Wind.  I
couldn't find my other Gust of Wind, but I took a Super Energy Removal and
was lucky he didn't have anymore Energy cards.  I Super Energy Removaled his
Gyrados and killid him with my Magmar.

That's my report.  If you have any questions or improvement ideas, please send
