I also checked every single water-fire deck on thepojo and none of them 
stress the use of Dewgong: one of the best water pokémon. I played this deck 
at the Pokémon Mall Tour in San Mateo on June 6 (I know that you asked only 
for decks that participated in a large-scale tourney, but I almost never get 
out). This deck really makes a great from-behind comeback...

I won all of the games that I played at the tour. This deck tries to prepare 
for anything. Staryu is for a quick 20 damage, and Charmeleon, Dewgong, and 
Charizard all go for one-turn KO's. Bills help my draw my deck, and Oaks do 
too, and they also work wonders for a bad hand. And Dragonair is there as my 
energy removal unit.
