Here's a killer all water deck that pumps out tons of energy cards. It
rocks against fire attacks, but it gets blown out of the water by
electric/leaf attacks. Be sure to utilize Blastoise's Rain Dance on himself
and Poliwrath. Also, be sure to use the Trainer Cards early in the game to
bring out the better Pokemon. Here's what the deck consists of:

While playing this deck at a local tournament (in Cobb County, with about
fifty people parpicitating), I won my first 5 matches but lost the 6th
because I was a little sparing on my Energy Cards. Just remember while
playing this deck, be sure to continouisly pump out the Energy Cards. And
since all of these Water Pokemon have high HP's I didn't include many
Potions or other healing cards.
